In 2004, in partnership with the City of Anacortes and the noon Kiwanis Club and others, ASCA designed and constructed an international flag display on Highway 20, just east of Anacortes, just behind the Anacortes Chamber of Commerce’s “Welcome” to Anacortes sign. Flags from the countries of all of Anacortes’ Sister Cities are on display.
