(Students Visit Anacortes) Since 1995, ASCA has participated with Sister City Nikaho City (Kisakata), Japan in a successful, rewarding student exchange. Each exchange is for two years, the Japanese students visiting Anacortes during the first year (odd years) and the Anacortes students visiting Japan during the second year (even years). The Anacortes students are required to attend classes about Japanese language and culture.
