In April of 2013, a delegation of Kalinka (Lomonosov Sister Cities organization) members traveled from Lomonosov to Anacortes.  The travelers included a delightful Russian folk singing group which performed at several venues.  They enjoyed the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival, and numerous gatherings with ASCA friends.
